Why us?
Choosing an advocate starts with a conversation. At the very first meeting we define the scope of the matter and look for solutions that best serve your interests.
Experience and specialisation
We combine many years of experience with a sound knowledge of the law — in advising businesses, in transactions, in litigation and in protecting the rights of individual clients.
Individual approach
Every situation is different, so we tailor our strategy to your needs and goals, looking for solutions that are effective and safe.
Comprehensive service
Commercial, civil, criminal, family and administrative law in one firm — from the contract, through negotiations, to litigation.
Availability and commitment
We know how important a quick response is. We answer questions promptly and, in urgent matters, as quickly as possible.
How we work
Whatever the type of matter, the sequence is the same.
Reviewing the documents
We start with a conversation and the documents: contracts, letters, decisions, correspondence. We establish what happened and what you expect.
The best strategy
We tell you what the options, prospects and risks are. We propose a course of action — negotiation, mediation or litigation — and agree the terms of our engagement in writing.
Fighting for your rights
We draft pleadings and letters, negotiate and represent you before the courts, the public prosecutor's office and public authorities. You know what is happening at every stage.
Reaching an outcome
We see the matter through to the end: a judgment, a settlement or a decision — and, where necessary, enforcement or an appeal.
